Staffing is considered carefully because we believe that all staff members are to be “good role models” for students. Employees are selected based on character, values, goals, unique gifts, education and experience. We look for motivated and qualified individuals who are called and willing to join with the school in fulfilling our mission, preferably able to commit at least 3 years of their life. We embrace the diversity of a multicultural community that results from the sharing of ideas and backgrounds. Many of our teachers have received certificates, training, and experience abroad, which brings a richness of teaching styles to our classrooms. We aim for teacher demographics that represent a variety of backgrounds, nationalities, and cultural flavors.
